Shipping and payments policy

SERANTIO currently delivers only within Albania. Selecting Italy or the United Kingdom displays a notice that delivery is not yet available, and the order cannot be completed. This limitation is shown at the start of checkout.

SERANTIO is not limited to one courier. Orders may be delivered by different logistics providers depending on area, cost, availability and service terms. The carrier’s name and tracking information, where available, are communicated to the customer.

The estimated delivery time and transport cost are communicated before the order is completed. Unless another period is agreed, delivery takes place without undue delay and no later than the statutory deadline. For delays, non-delivery or transport problems, contact helpdesk@serantio.com; statutory consumer rights remain applicable.

Cash on delivery is currently available. For delivery in Albania, the customer pays the courier in Albanian lek (ALL) according to the final checkout total, whether using the Albanian, Italian or English site version.

Card, PayPal and other methods are not currently active. A new method can be used only when shown as an active checkout option, with the final amount and currency clear before confirmation.

For shipping or payment enquiries, email helpdesk@serantio.com with the order number. Returns are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy; for a change-of-mind withdrawal, the customer pays the direct return shipping cost.
