1. Service area
SERANTIO delivers only within the territory of the Republic of Albania.
2. Delivery operators
Orders may be delivered by different logistics operators depending on area, cost, availability and service conditions. The operator name and tracking information, where available, are communicated to the customer.
3. Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed after confirmation and are normally delivered within the timeframe shown on the site or communicated by customer service. Timing may vary due to location, volume, weather, holidays or carrier delays.
4. Cash on delivery
When cash on delivery is available, the customer pays the full confirmed order amount to the courier at delivery.
5. Electronic payments
SERANTIO may offer card, PayPal or other payment methods supported by WooCommerce and authorised providers. Availability, payment acceptance and fees depend on provider and account conditions.
6. Refused deliveries
Where a cash-on-delivery order is refused without valid reason, SERANTIO may restrict future cash-on-delivery orders for the same customer, subject to applicable law and consumer rights.
