General terms of sale

These terms apply to orders and sales contracts made through serantio.com for consumers in the Republic of Albania. By submitting an order, the customer confirms having read these terms, the privacy, shipping and returns policies.

SERANTIO sells new, authentic fashion items purchased through documented commercial channels. Where possible, each product lists its brand, description, size, price and availability. Product imagery may include AI-generated or AI-processed material based on real product images for a consistent catalogue presentation. SERANTIO aims to represent colours, dimensions and details faithfully, though minor differences may result from displays, lighting or digital processing.

Catalogue prices are recorded in Albanian lek (ALL) and include applicable TVSH (VAT). Italian and English versions may show whole-unit rounded conversions. For delivery addresses in Albania, checkout and the cash-on-delivery amount are always in ALL, regardless of site language. The full price, included taxes and any delivery cost are shown before confirmation. The final checkout total is the amount payable; tax described as “included” is not an additional charge.

An order is the customer’s request to purchase. The contract is considered accepted when SERANTIO confirms the order or ships the goods, according to the site flow. SERANTIO may cancel an order for an obvious pricing error, lack of stock, address problems or objective inability to supply, notifying the customer and refunding any payment made for the cancelled order.

Cash payment to the courier on delivery, in Albanian lek (ALL), is currently available. Other methods will be offered only when active and clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery is currently available only to addresses in Albania. Italy and the United Kingdom may appear in the form for information, but orders for these destinations cannot be completed until the service is enabled. Delivery cost and estimated time are shown or clearly communicated before order confirmation. SERANTIO may use different carriers without limiting statutory consumer rights.

For online purchases, the consumer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. For a change-of-mind return, the consumer pays the direct cost of transporting the returned goods, as described in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Statutory rights apply to defective or non-conforming goods.

These terms do not limit statutory rights concerning defective, non-conforming or incomplete goods. If a product arrives damaged, incomplete or different from the order, the customer should contact SERANTIO as soon as possible with the order number and photographic evidence where necessary.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Albania. Consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting SERANTIO.
