1. Seller identity

2. Scope
These terms apply to orders and sales contracts made through serantio.com for consumers in Albania. By submitting an order, the customer confirms having read these terms, the privacy policy, shipping policy and returns policy.
3. Products and authenticity
SERANTIO sells new, authentic fashion items purchased through documented commercial channels. Where possible, each product shows brand, description, size, price and availability. Images may be illustrative and colours may vary slightly depending on the display.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Albanian lek (ALL), unless stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout is the amount payable by the customer together with any delivery cost disclosed before confirmation.
5. Order and contract
The order is the customer’s request to purchase. The contract is considered accepted when SERANTIO confirms the order or ships the goods, according to the site flow. SERANTIO may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, lack of stock, address problems or objective inability to supply, notifying the customer and refunding any amount already paid.
6. Payments
SERANTIO offers cash on delivery and may enable electronic methods such as card payments or PayPal after technical verification. Availability depends on payment providers, banks and account verification.
7. Delivery
Delivery is made to addresses in Albania by logistics operators selected by SERANTIO. Delivery times and costs are shown or communicated before the order is completed. The logistics partner may change without affecting consumer rights.
8. Returns, withdrawal and complaints
For distance purchases, the consumer benefits from the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable, normally within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions. The detailed procedure is set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
9. Warranty and defective products
The customer’s statutory rights for defective, non-conforming or incomplete goods are not limited by these terms. If a product arrives damaged or does not match the order, the customer should contact SERANTIO as soon as possible with the order number and photographic evidence where needed.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are interpreted under the laws in force in the Republic of Albania. Consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights. In case of a dispute, the parties will first seek a good-faith resolution by contacting SERANTIO.
