1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We may collect name, phone number, address, e-mail, order and purchase-history data, sign-in data when Google or Apple Login is used, and technical data, online identifiers and cookie/analytics data according to consent and site configuration.
3. Purposes
Data is used for order processing and delivery, fiscalisation and invoicing, customer service, security and abuse prevention, account management and, where a lawful basis or consent exists, analytics and digital marketing.
4. Google and Apple Login
When Google or Apple Login is used, SERANTIO receives only the data permitted by the authorised integration, such as name and e-mail address, and uses it to create or manage the account. SERANTIO does not request the customer’s Google or Apple password.
5. Analytics and marketing
SERANTIO may use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar tools for measurement and marketing. Where consent is required, these technologies should be activated only after the user grants the relevant consent in the cookie preferences panel.
6. Newsletter and marketing
E-mail addresses are used for promotional communications only where an appropriate lawful basis exists, usually consent. Marketing communications must allow opt-out. Purchasing a product is not automatically treated as consent to all marketing.
7. Providers and processors
Data may be disclosed to third parties necessary to operate the service, such as hosting, payment, delivery, e-mail, analytics and authentication providers, according to their respective roles and terms.
8. Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, performance of the contract, accounting/fiscal obligations and protection of SERANTIO’s legal rights. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn or according to the applicable policy.
9. Individual rights
Under Albanian personal-data protection law, individuals may have rights to information, access, correction, erasure or restriction, objection to certain processing and other statutory rights. Requests should be sent to helpdesk@serantio.com.
10. Security
SERANTIO takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Legal framework
This policy takes account of the Albanian legislation in force on personal-data protection, including Law No. 124/2024, according to the relevant official sources.
